(NEXSTAR) — Do you have a Google account you created solely as a place to receive all those emails about Cyber Monday deals? Or maybe an account you made years ago with a less-than-mature address that you haven't used since? If you don't want to lose access to it, you'll want to take action — fast. As early as Friday, Google will begin removing accounts it deems as inactive. The company announced the decision in May, explaining at the time that it was part of an update to its inactive account policies. In a blog post, Ruth Kricheli, the vice president of product management for Google, said that accounts that haven't been used are more likely to be compromised. What’s the authentic Merriam-Webster word of the year for 2023? "This is because forgotten or unattended accounts often rely on old or re-used passwords that may have been compromised, haven't had two factor authentication set up, and receive fewer security checks by the user," she wrote. Stock UpLT Garett BollesThe Broncos left tackle put on a heck of a performance against perhaps the best pass-rusher in the NFL in Myles Garrett. He had some help — tight end chips and a concerted effort to leave Garrett free at times in the run game and read him — but No. 72 came up huge when Denver needed him to. Sure, Garrett got pressure a couple of times, but this was about as good as you could ask for if you’re head coach Sean Payton. Don’t look now, but the Broncos’ offensive line as a group is starting to string together really quality performances and looks like one of the better units going.RB Samaje PerineThe veteran back ceded time early in the season to rookie Jaleel McLaughlin, but he’s emerged over recent weeks and now looks like perhaps the Broncos’ freshest back. He’s been reliable as a receiver and really good in pass protection all year. Then he burst for 55 yards on seven carries against the Browns. Before Sunday, Perine had just five carries over the Bronco...Final trial over Elijah McClain’s death to spotlight Aurora paramedics’ role

Three officers already have gone to trial and two were acquitted. The case will be the first of several recent criminal charges against medical first responders to reach trial and could “set the bar” for prosecutors in future cases, said Douglas Wolfberg, a former emergency medicine instructor and founding partner of a Pennsylvania law firm representing emergency me...Latest news
