Troopers initially responded to a report that the two refused to leave, but located them in a vehicle with drugs. The other suspect, Philip M. Horowitz, 35, of Clifton Park, initially provided police with false identifying information. NYSP: Man assaults multiple victims; tries to follow ambulance to hospital CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) - New York State Police have arrested Quazey Robinson, 22, of Clifton Park after they say he forced his way into an apartment and assaulted several people inside. Troopers said the victims were known to Robinson and a child was inside the apartment, at the time. The child was not hurt. He was arrested by Niskayuna Police a short time later. LOUIS, Ill. - A Florissant foot doctor with a practice in East St. Louis, Illinois, appeared in federal court last week and pleaded guilty to health care fraud.Prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Illinois said Howard Jackson, 69, admitted that from January 2016 to December 2020, he billed Medicare and Medicaid for procedures he never performed.Jackson told the court he regularly submitted claims to Medicare and Medicaid for nail avulsions, which is a procedure involving the partial or total removal of the toenail from the tip of the nail back to its base.
