DENVER (KDVR) — The hot and dry Denver weather will continue for a few more days. Friday will bring another round of possible 90-degree temperatures across the Denver metro. DENVER (KDVR) — A Denver Public Schools parent group is demanding that three district administrators be removed after a student charged with attempted murder showed up to enroll at Thomas Jefferson High School.A DPS spokesperson told FOX31 there are no plans to remove the administrators from the discipline committee, which decided not to expel a student accused of a gun crime just off the East High School campus. DENVER (KDVR) — A bear was spotted throughout the day Thursday across multiple cities north of Denver.The roving bear was last spotted in Lafayette, police there posted around 8 p.m. They said dispatchers were getting calls that the bear was sighted near Copper Stone apartments in the 700 block of Lafayette Drive.Lafayette was the latest stop for the bear that came to the public's attention earlier in the day. Police said it also was spotted multiple times on Thursday in Westminster and Broomfield.The bear was seen in Broomfield in the area of Zuni Street and West 150th Avenue, according to the Broomfield Police Department. (KDVR) — As Boulder prepares for the Colorado Buffaloes football home opener, police in the city have made several arrests in one of its busiest areas.One of the people they arrested had just gotten out of jail after being arrested for allegedly stabbing someone just two weeks ago.
